Meet Your Inspector: Andy Kebalo

I’m not just a licensed Home Inspector (HOI)—I’ve spent my entire career in the residential and commercial construction industry. My qualifications include:

• Licensed E-1 Electrician

• Licensed P-7 Plumber

• Certified State of Connecticut Building Official (BO)

• Certified to Perform Crumbling Foundation Visual Inspections and Severity Class Coding

 

After earning my B.S. in Construction Management from CCSU, I began my career in property maintenance and went on to co-found Kebalo Electric Co. Inc. in 1990 a company still in operation today. From 2001 to 2009, I led KF Construction Co., developing residential homes and condominiums throughout Connecticut. In 2016, I brought this expertise into the home inspection field.
